Here are a few assorted snaps of Alaka'i during the last month. It's been too long since I've been on here!
He loves to play in the shower, and finds the drain fascinating.
Here's a shot of the first food he sucessfully fed himself - a Russian "cookie" called Bumuka. I call it a "cookie" as opposed to a cookie because then I don't feel quite as bad about giving it to him : ) But truly, it is a perfect little treat for him to gnaw on and he just loves it! Since this photo, he's mastered quite a few more finger-foods, but this was a monumental day for his motor skills.
