Summer is far from over here, so today we spent some time in the backyard in the swimming pool.
Aug. 19, 2011: This is exactly one year ago!
He likes to climb into the water table. He thought he had two pools - "the little pool" and "the other little pool".
He's giving a flower to me to smell.
Aug. 19 2011: What a little chunker he was!
He loves smelling things - coffee beans, the basil and mint in the backyard, and flowers, even if they have no scent. When we ask him what things smell like, he always has just one answer: "strawberries".
